Images can be printed or scanned to a USB drive. Our museum just received our new microfilm scanner! Microfilm is a type of film that used to be very popular for storing copies of newspapers, magazines, letters, and other documents. Now with our scanner we can access, read, and scan all the microfilm that we have within our archives! 🥳

With this new machine, you are able to view and scan film, as well as adjust the brightness, contrast and clarity of the image on the computer screen. You can even save scans directly to a flash drive and convert your scans into word-searchable PDF documents.
