- ความสามารถในการเข้าใจ: บอทที่ได้รับการโปรแกรมจำเป็นต้องมีความสามารถในการเข้าใจต่อกิจกรรม หรือ พฤติกรรมของงานที่ตนเองได้ถูกกำหนดให้ตอบสนองจากข้อมูลขาเข้า หรือ ตัวกระตุ้นต่าง ๆทั้งจากระบบที่ตนเองทำงานอยู่ หรือ ระบบอื่นๆที่เข้ามาเกี่ยวข้อง เครื่องมือซอฟต์แวร์ของ RPA ที่ดีจะต้องตระเตรียมความพร้อมต่างๆให้กับคุณสมบัติความสามารถในการเข้าใจงานนนี้ได้อย่างครบถ้วน แต่คุณสมบัตินี้ก็อาจจะมี หรือไม่มีในตัวซอฟต์แวร์ RPA ตามรายนามด้านล่างก็เป็นได้
