By leveraging the capabilities available on a 64-bit operating system and integrating them with the Nextimage program, it is now possible to capture or save data from original image documents of virtually any length. No original document is too large for Nextimage 5. Should any limitations arise, they would be related to the file format or type selected for saving, such as TIF or PDF, depending on the specific document being scanned. If the file exceeds the supported length for both file types, Nextimage will automatically split or create a new file to ensure the scanning process is completed successfully without interruption or program crashes.
